• Application Temperature - From 35°F (2°C) to 115°F (46°C)
• Vulcanization - Survives curing profiles up to 5 hours & curing temperatures to 400°F (204°C)

  • Abrasion Resistance – Scans reliably after stitching, curing, trimming, balance, uniformity checking processes
  • Chemical Resistance - Tire mold release sprays, solvents, oils, grease, paint and other chemicals

  • Pre-Cure - Attaches firmly to green rubber, but label can be repositioned without damaging tire
  • Post Cure - At ambient room temperature, removal requires tearing rubber to prevent detachment after leaving plant.

Other Specification

• Scanning can be done even though the cured label passes through the Circumferential Lines on the Bead Region..
• Scanning can also be done in any medium i.e. in Microsoft Word Document, Tally, Notepad Text, Microsoft Excel Sheets etc. Hence no need of entering any data manually in an excel sheet.
• The labels can be successfully read both ways. That means that they are Bi-Directional and if they are read from upside down, they read the same data.
